However, we still needed to document our processes in detail and undergo an additional audit. We had to go deep into every aspect of order processing, additive manufacturing, quality control, packaging, and shipping.
But due to our dedication to quality and our meticulous engineering mindset, we passed our Stage II audit with flying colors. As a result, we received ISO 9001:2015 quality certification.
